Wholesome Habits | Virtual

This course aims to provide education and support to AdventHealth team members to help them transform their lives by forming small habits that will eventually lead to bigger life changes.

Throughout this one-hour course, facilitators will lead participants through personal discovery of intrinsic motivation. They will give them the tools they need to help create those small habits that support whole-person health through positive changes in their mind, body, and spirit.

Whether team members want to get better rest, lose weight, stay focused, stop unhealthy habits, be more productive or be more financially aware, this course will make those habits easier to achieve.
