Eat FRESH to Feel Whole
This course aims to provide education and support to AdventHealth team members to work past the common barriers faced for cooking and eating nutritious meals. Throughout this 1-hour course, facilitators will provide tools and strategies for planning, shopping for, and preparing nutritious meals with busy schedules. Facilitators will also provide tips and healthy choices when purchasing food away from home.
After attending this course, participants will possess the necessary knowledge and skills to choose, prepare, and enjoy nutritious meals and snacks.
