We've Gone Virtual!
If you have been recently diagnosed with pre-diabetes, diabetes or tried various diet and exercise programs, this program could be designed for you.
Employees and their spouses are both eligible to participate by meeting the following requirements:
- BMI greater than or equal to 25
- Attend all expert visits including provider visits (employee is responsible for co-pay, up to 4 visits)
- Complete all initial written assessments
- Complete 2 out of 6 Lifestyle Education Sessions
Don't meet the requirements but still want to participate? A nominal fee of $199 will be charged via payroll deduction to cover the costs of tuition and health assessments. Lab work is filed with employee's insurance and is not part of this fee.
Family and friends are also welcome to join at a community member rate.

Wellness Incentive Details.
New Day, New Weigh. Employees must be an active member for at least 3 consecutive months. Enrollment must take place on or before July 30 of the applicable Wellness Incentive year. Your 20 points will automatically be reported and added towards your incentive upon completion of 3 consecutive months to meet the Part 2 deadline of October 30.
Weigh 2 Go. A follow up program offered to participants whom have completed New Day, New Weigh. 20 Wellness Incentive Points will be awarded for participation in this program for 3 consecutive months in the current calendar year.
