RESOURCES FOR WORKERS WITH TEMPORARY HOUSING NEEDS

AdventHealth-Paid Accommodations — AdventHealth is covering the hotel cost for team members who test positive, who have pending results, or who are sent home on quarantine for COVID-19. If this applies to you, please complete the AdventHealth Paid Hotel Request Form, including the legal disclosure authorization section, to request a hotel room paid for by AdventHealth. Once you submit the form, our hotel program team will contact you and handle booking the hotel reservation on your behalf. The team will also close the reservation when you are able to return to work.

Self-Pay Accommodations — For all team members who may have fear of exposing family members, we are pleased to provide discounted hotel offers for temporary lodging. If you are interested in this option, please contact any of the participating hotels listed here to access discounted room rates and secure your reservation. You will be responsible for covering the hotel costs; however, AdventHealth has been able to negotiate significantly reduced rates. Although optional, we kindly ask that you complete the Self Pay Form to help us track the overall need across AdventHealth and ensure proper hotel availability.
